Living in a portion of this city with poor stormwater management tests me everytime it rains. Not because I see gallons of this precious resource puddled in the street, collecting in pools of contamination and going to waste. All that’s bad. Moreover, it’s because I drive a big ass truck, and all I ever want to do is splash people. But as I slowly swerve to the small ponds running parallel to the sidewalk, I think about how much it would blow to get splashed.
